Social Studies

Our Social Studies program empowers students to become informed, thoughtful, and engaged citizens by exploring history, geography, economics, civics, and culture through an inquiry-based approach. Students analyze primary and secondary sources, participate in collaborative discussions, and develop evidence-based arguments while making meaningful connections between the past and present. Throughout the year, students also engage in interdisciplinary STEAM learning, participate in our annual Civics for All Week, and apply their civic voice through the Project Soapbox initiative, where they research and advocate for issues that matter to them.
